Our refund policy is for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged item(s). Upon receipt, we will send a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or stolen packages
Lycoris Soft Dream assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided for the order. Upon request, Lycoris Soft Dream will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information and shipping carrier information to allow the customer to take further steps.
